We love oysters and we love Aotearoa. Established in 2007, The Oyster Guy is here to provide Fresh and Fat As! pacific oysters, originally to South Auckland and now across all of Aotearoa NZ. Our oysters are harvested daily from our North Auckland oyster farms (subject to weather conditions) and are processed and sold within 24 hours of leaving the water. Freshly Delivered Oysters. Our oysters are available exclusively through online ordering. Each order is freshly harvested, securely packed, and delivered overnight to your doorstep. Please note, pick-up is currently unavailable. Secure Packaging & Shipping. Your oysters are packed in a chilled, insulated box with a gel pack to ensure freshness during transport. We partner with NZ Couriers for overnight delivery to cities and towns across New Zealand. For rural addresses, orders can be sent to the nearest NZ Couriers depot or agent for convenient pickup. Delivery Schedule. Orders placed Sunday to Thursday before 9 PM: Dispatched the next day for overnight delivery. Orders placed Friday or Saturday: Dispatched Monday for overnight delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order on the delivery day. Dispatch times depend on farm availability; we’ll notify you of any delays. Refunds & Disputes Refunds and cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you need to dispute or withdraw a payment, please contact us directly.
